Founder
Monark Global is led by Mabel Garcia, an executive advisor with more than 20 years of international experience across Australia, Latin America and North America.
Her experience spans organizations navigating growth, acquisitions, workforce transitions and operational complexity across infrastructure, engineering, mining, technology and creative industries.
She founded Monark on a simple conviction: you cannot build tomorrow’s business on an organization designed for yesterday. As businesses evolve, the way they are structured, led and supported must evolve with them.
That experience shapes how Monark works: understand the business first, consider the organization as a whole and stay close enough to execution to make decisions work in practice.
